The Story of Arotags
It started with a simple idea.
Like most Americans, I'd been buying those cheap cardboard air fresheners at gas stations. You know the ones that lose their scent in a week and end up looking sad hanging from your mirror.
I thought: there has to be a better way.
So in 2015, I started testing how fragrance oils absorbed into laser cut wooden tags, similar to those reed diffusers. After proving the concept worked, I set up shop in my garage. Real poplar wood. Quality fragrance oils that actually last. Designs that complement your car, not clutter it up.
Today, I run the operation from my workshop in Ohio. Every freshener is laser-cut and hand-assembled right here. No mass production overseas. No cutting corners. Just a product I'm genuinely proud to make.

Every Arotag begins as Midwestern Poplar, harvested and milled right here in America. Then it is carefully cut, planed, and sanded by a local Amish family woodshop who prepare each piece of wood with care and precision. Back in my Ohio workshop, I personally oversee every diffuser as it comes off the laser engraver. This is American craftsmanship, the old-fashioned way.
