What "Make It Right" Means
Maybe your wooden diffuser arrived damaged in shipping. Maybe the scent faded way faster than it should have. Maybe you're just not happy with how it turned out. Whatever the issue, reach out to us within 45 days and we'll work together to find a solution that makes sense.

A Note on Custom Designs
Since every custom design is made to order, we can't accept returns for "I changed my mind." We're a small operation, and custom products can't be resold. But if there's a legitimate problem with your order or we made a mistake, we've got you covered under our 45-Day guarantee.
